Terms & Conditions

Taxes:

• The above rate is subject to 18% GST (Per room per night)
• Taxes are subject to change as per Government regulations without prior notice.

 Hotel Policy:

• More than two visitors are not allowed in the guest room.
• Visitors are allowed in the room only till 2000 hour.
• Use of the facility for any illegal activity like prostitution, gambling or any form of betting not permitted.
• Consumption of alcohol without the permit and use of narcotic substances are not permitted.

Reservation Preauthorization:

• We would like to keep you informed that on confirmation of your reservation a pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card for an amount equivalent to 1 night’s stay charges.
• In case you have not shared your credit card details please do so at the earliest.
• In the event of the hotel getting sold out, all non-guaranteed reservations are subject to auto-cancellation without a verbal/written notification.
• In case of cash payment exceeding INR 50,000 PAN card is mandatory.
• Reservation over blackout dates would require 100% payment on the non-refundable basis

Reservation Modification:

• All changes to your reservation are subject to availability at the time of change and may result in a possible rate change.

 Child Policy:

• Only accommodation is free of charge for one child under the age of 10 years, sharing parent’s room and utilizing the existing bedding. Food and beverage consumption is free of charge under the age of 6 years, above children above 6 years, full charges would be applicable.

Smoking Zone:

• Entire Resort premise is Non-Smoking. It is permitted only at a designated area in the Resort.
